Ticket and Reservation Policy
Reservation Requests are processed on a first come first serve basis. It is recommended that you arrive at
least 15 minutes before curtain if you have placed a reservation.
If seating is not available you may purchase tickets at the box office for another performance.
You may guarantee seating by purchasing your tickets online.
If you have purchased your tickets online and are running late please call the box office otherwise your seat will be released
If calling the Box Office for reservations please leave us the following information:
Your name and a telephone number where we can call you back to confirm the reservation; The performance date of the show;
The price level (Senior/Student/Adult/Children/Member) and the number of tickets desired for adults and for seniors/students/children;
We will call you within 24 - 48 hours to confirm your reservation.
A non secured reservation does not guarantee seating. Please arrive early if you have not purchased your tickets online.
Purchasing non-reservation tickets at the Box Office at the time of the show:
Reservations are highly recommended. If you haven't had a chance to purchase your tickets online or call for reservations, stop by before showtime to purchase your tickets. We accept cash, credit card or check only at the Box Office.
Purchasing Tickets Via our Online Box Office
Purchase your tickets through our secure Box Office Website using Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover.
You will receive on-line confirmation and pick up your tickets at will call at the time of the show.
There is a small transaction fee per ticket to purchase your tickets online.
Please note that the on-line box office will close 2 hours before all of the performances
There are no refunds for tickets purchased online. However exchanges may be made
for a different performance if seating is available.
The Box Office opens approximately 30 minutes before curtain.
