Lakeside Community Theatre is raising $10,000 to replace our current theatre seating with chairs that are comfortable, mobile, durable, and easy to maintain. LCT is a black box theatre, which means our seating arrangements often change from production to production. To support bold, creative, intimate theatre, we need seating that can move easily, hold up over time, and keep our audiences comfortable from curtain up to final bow.Our current chairs are heavy, uncomfortable, difficult to maintain, and ready for their final performance. Your gift to Much Ado About Seating will help us improve the audience experience and give LCT seating that better supports the flexible nature of our theatre. The show should be memorable. In Loving Memory
We are deeply saddened by the passing of our beloved board member and treasurer, Faye Moritz, who dedicated 18 years of unwavering service to Lakeside Community Theatre. Her generosity, commitment, and passion helped shape our theatre into the vibrant and welcoming community it is today. She gave countless hours of her time, always working behind the scenes to ensure our success and support the arts we all cherish.
Faye’s presence will be profoundly missed, but her legacy will continue to live on through every performance, every volunteer, and every life she touched.
At the request of her family, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Lakeside Community Theatre in her honor. Your support will help continue the work she cared so deeply about and serve as a meaningful tribute to her lasting impact.
